For the most part, I like PacSun. However, I'm currently waiting for a package from them and giving them the side eye. FedEx nor PacSun are helpful about when my package will be delivered, clearly you can see my package hasn't moved in three days. This is very poor service on both parts, so disappointed! This is the first and last time I order online from PacSun. If I buy anything from them, I'll be going to the actual store.

Do not do business with this company. They say a package was delivered but it never was. Ring camera proves it. They would not give a refund or just re deliver the product. Terrible customer service. Told us we had to file a police report but nothing was stolen from our porch, it simply wasn’t delivered or taken to the wrong address.

Got a text message from PacSun about a great promo/sale - but ONE pair of shorts, get TWO free. Wow! Awesome. I click the link. I put three pairs of shorts in the cart but nothing happens. I open a chat and explain what happened. She tells me the promo expired but she would honor it because the link still worked. I expected the price to reflect correctly then but she said that I would pay the full price and then once the order shipped, I could chat again and ask them to refund me my money. She also said she put notes in the system so i had no reason to worry. I didn't like this but she assured me many times that everything would be fine. I agreed to take her word for it and because I had screenshots of everything to back me up. The shorts shipped and I contacted chat again and I got called a liar. I sent screenshots of the text message and the chat with previous person. This new person called me a liar and said that they NEVER had such a promo. I sent proof. I sent chats. I sent the text messages from their company. Nope. He didn't believe me and said he would need to start an internal investigation. I called and spoke to someone else and that person looked at the notes and LO AND BEHOLD they were able to see the notes from the previous person and refunded me for the two shorts that were supposed to be free. Tony, the chat customer rep, is TERRIBLE and shouldn't be working in customer service. So mad!

Pacsun shipping is not reliable neither is their packages. I was sent the wrong item after an extra 8 days of waiting for my order.

Exactly like this. Returned $45 shorts bought at a store, asked for refund and have never received the money back, despite several contacts with customer services. It is a shame!

Knoxville Tennessee location. Was going to buy $400 worth of clothes they have four dressing rooms was told my son cannot try on the clothes. The lady just walked off we was at the register. Very rude. The 2 girls working looked like they haven't taken showers ever. Very unprofessional! I called consumer service to complain, that lady was useless! If she even understood my complaint. BUT-- then could understand and ask for my email. I told her I didn't want them sending me offers, seriously! ‍

Horrible in store customer service. My pre-teen daughters were excited to check out a new store- rude staff! Will not be going back!

One of the worst customer service I have ever chat with. They cancelled my order without any reason even the items were in the stock. If you buy items in a sale day with a free shipping they are going to cancel it. they let you place the order then, they will check how much you paid before. I have been chatting with their agent for about 20 min, and the agent ask me to go to a local shop were they can help me better even though my order was placed online!

Ordered shorts 2 weeks ago and never came. Got email saying order was canceled and was never reimbursed.
